The HAMEAU DE MARCANDOU is located in Courchevel Village (1550m/5085ft), in the heart of the French Alps, on the heights of the Tarentaise valley. Craving some powder?  Head for the "Peuf Experience" slopes.

For some challenging high mountain skiing, head to La Saulire and its legendary Grand Couloir... Looking for a personal challenge? Take part in the timed slalom of the "xDrive Cup" with a personal video at the end!



 
With direct access to the seven linked resorts of the area and their 600km/375 miles of ski runs, you will discover the legendary summits and exceptional panoramas which dominate more than 300 secure runs.
 

In addition to these downhill, cross-country and snowboarding activities, a vast array of attractive options are available for non-skiers. The Merlet Lakes refuge, open in summer, is typical of the mountains and very welcoming. The Grand Plan refuge, nestled at the bottom of the Avals valley, offzrs small rooms facing the glacial peaks of the Mont Blanc range. Higher still, the eternal snows of the summits will welcome the most adventurous, accompanied by a high mountain guide.
